The DYS XM20A is a relatively new speed controller for multirotors. The processor used by XM20A is the Silabs F396 which can run at higher speed than the previous generation ESC’s of F330 (for example the FVT/ZEUS Littlebee 20A or RG20A).
DYS’s new SE2205 motors addressed quite a few issues we have been hearing on the RS2205 and some other popular quadcopter motors, performance is top of the league too, check it out.
Unlike EMAX motors, these motors don’t come in fancy packaging. But they have plenty of clearance for mounting screws up to the windings, generously long motor leads with pre-soldered 2mm male bullets, uses the staggered 12mm and 16mm mounting patterns, offers two prop mounting solutions (traditional bolt on adapter and a T-motor style two screw option), and a color closer to orange than gold.
