This is perhaps one of the best 2.5inch freestyle FPV drones I’ve tested this year, and now it’s upgraded with the DJI O4 Pro. The Sub250 OasisFly25 FPV drone offers fantastic performance in a compact, durable design. It’s fast, responsive, and excels at freestyle flying. Although it’s slightly heavier than ideal, the sheer fun and versatility it provides make up for the added weight.
The OasisFly25 is well-priced and perfect for both beginners and experienced pilots looking for a portable, sub-250g freestyle drone.

The Meteor75 Pro is probably my favourite tiny whoop with DJI O4 currently for flying inside the house, it’s smooth and jello free, very well tuned out of the box. On a calm day it’s also very stable and flyable outdoor. It’s certainly not perfect, but the DJI O4 Air Unit is quite heavy, and challenging to work well in 1S setup. Among all the available options on the market, I have to say BetaFPV has done a decent job with the Meteor75 Pro. The GEPRC Vapor D5 is my favourite 5inch quad with DJI O4 Pro so far in 2025. The combination of a robust build, innovative design, and superb flight performance makes it an excellent choice for both freestyle pilots and those looking to capture cinematic footage with the O4 Pro camera. The main downside for me would be flight time and efficiency. But if you put a big enough battery on this thing it can still fly for 12 minutes or more, with its reliable GPS module, it can be a pretty good mid to long range FPV drone. I’m torn between the Flylens 85 and the Pavo 20 Pro. I would mainly use it for cinematic flying, especially indoors for real estate purposes, with reduced throttle. Freestyle isn’t important to me. Do you think one of those two would be the right choice — or would something a bit bigger that can carry a GoPro make more sense for this type of flying? I already have the Vapor D5, but i need something much smaller and slower, that’s also more safe around people.
Between the Flylens 85, and the Pavo 20 Pro, I’d choose the Pavo 20 Pro. But for that class of cinewhoop, I prefer and highly recommend the Geprc Cinelog30 v3 over the others
