It started with USB memory drive doesn’t work, and it requires drivers. I kept getting “access is denied” error when trying to “search for driver and install automatically”.

I made sure I used an admin account, Some suggest the admin account hasn’t got all the right required, but that just doesn’t make any sense to me.
I also try on safe mode which didn’t make a difference.
I was very close to reinstall windows on the laptop, eventually I realized it’s the Symantec antivirus that blocks my access to install the driver! Uninstalled it and the driver was installed successfully!
