So I did my first review of the Runcam HD Camera, but they told me the lens I had was probably faulty so they sent me a lens module replacement. Here is how I swapped out the lens module on the camera.

1. open the housing first, there are 3 parts inside: the battery, the PCB board and the lens module.
3. The lens module is connected with PCB board via a flat cable. There is a DIP switch on the cable connector, you switch it up, to take off the lens module.
4. Replace the module, and press the DIP switch, and reinstall the battery and PCB board back to the housing.
